From the Internet Explorer tool bar, select:

Tools => Internet Options => Connections => Setup Button

Follow the Instructions on the Resulting Screen(s)
to Configure your Internet Connection

From the Internet Explorer tool bar, select:

Tools => Internet Options => Programs => E-mail List Box

Choose which program you would like Internet Explorer
to use to send and receive e-mail messages.
